The Cox Team did an excellent job finding us our new home. We felt David and Sharon really got to know us and listened to what we liked and didn’t like, which was reflected in the types of properties they showed us. My husband and I were very particular about the neighborhood and school district in which we chose to buy. We were also very frustrated by the fact that everyone else seemed to want to buy in our chosen neighborhood. Homes were going under contract in less than a day it seemed. Sharon and David were able to find our home and had us inside viewing the property the morning it was put on the market. They didn’t even have the “For Sale” sign on the front lawn! We were able to be the first offer on the property and primacy made the difference in the eyes of the sellers.
